The Production Supervisor role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of production lines. This key position requires an individual with a drive for process improvements, possessing self-motivation and excellent communication skills.\\

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • \
  • Oversee and supervise the performance of the production floor.\
  • Set and achieve daily/weekly targets for each production line, aligning these with the company's quarterly forecast.\
  • Motivate and support the production team to hit targets.\
  • Responsible for production workflow and KPIs, driving process improvements.\
  • Hold daily PIT meetings to ensure performance targets are monitored and any issues addressed.\
  • Report on and highlight quality issues.\
  • Meet with the Operations team to report on KPIs and production floor performance.\
  • Promote lean projects and 6S methodology on the production floor.\
  • Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organisation.\
  • Ensure strict adherence to all Health and Safety Rules & Procedures.\

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience leading a production team is essential.\
  • Ability to organise and manage daily activities in a fast-paced production floor.\
  • Experience of hitting daily, weekly and monthly production targets.\
  • Excellent communication skills.\
  • Good technical and mechanical knowledge.\
  • Problem solver that is solution-driven.\
  • Attention to detail is key for this role.\
  • Confident and commercially aware.\
