Cloud Consultant Role

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Consultant to join our team.

  • Design, deploy and manage cloud-based systems and services for clients across different environments.
  • Lead the implementation of cloud solutions, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings, across various cloud platforms.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, technical requirements, and constraints, providing strategic cloud adoption and migration advice.
  • Develop and document cloud architecture frameworks and best practices, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Conduct cloud readiness assessments and design tailored cloud migration strategies.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and other team members.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud infrastructure issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g. VMware VCP/VCAP/VCDX, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT.
  • Proven experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
