As a Trade Management Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of trade processing. You will be responsible for liaising with brokers and custodians to resolve trade-related issues, collaborating with traders/front office to escalate issues with counterparties as needed, and monitoring trade settlement status and investigating any discrepancies with counterparties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise directly with brokers and custodians to resolve trade-related issues
  • Collaborate with traders/front office to escalate issues with counterparties as needed
  • Monitor trade settlement status and investigate any discrepancies with counterparties
  • Work with Compliance, Risk, Client Service, and other internal teams to address time-sensitive trade flow queries
  • Actively participate in the mitigation of operational risks associated with trade processing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all counterparties in the trade life cycle
  • Contribute to internal and external third-party reviews to discuss and resolve issues
  • Investigate and resolve interest claims arising from trade flow problems
  • Process improvement and identifying opportunities for enhancements, automation and risk mitigation
