Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Revenue Growth Leader to spearhead our revenue strategy and drive sustainable growth for the business. As a key member of our Executive Leadership team, you will be accountable for developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a revenue growth strategy that drives profitability and revenue expansion across all revenue streams.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams that can execute on the go-to-market strategy and deliver exceptional results.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of the sales strategy.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 15+ years of experience in senior commercial roles, preferably in travel tech or related industries.
  • A proven track record of driving revenue and profitability growth in previous organizations.
  • Experience in building and executing successful go-to-market strategies that deliver results.
  • Strong commercial expertise and experience in managing the end-to-end customer lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
