Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in a People Business Partner or similar role, with advanced degree considered for 8+ years of experience.
  • Deep understanding of EMEA employment laws and cultural norms.
  • Experience counseling high-level Revenue leaders and executives.
  • Strong knowledge of the Revenue business unit, including sales and customer success.
  • Expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build strong partnerships across diverse organizations.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to apply HR strategies to drive business outcomes.
