The Client Service Team Lead role involves overseeing a team responsible for daily client servicing within Custody Operations. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for both clients and internal stakeholders, driving service excellence and fostering a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a team of professionals in Custody Client Services
- Act as the key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Drive service excellence and identify opportunities for improvement
- Foster a collaborative environment for team growth and development
- Several years' experience in Fund Services (Custody preferred)
- Proven leadership capabilities and people-management experience
- Strong technical understanding of the securities industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead by example, implement best practices, and motivate a team
- Passion for client service, continuous improvement, and inclusive team development
