Role Overview

Overview

The position is focused on designing and developing enterprise data systems that support business applications. You will drive the development of robust, scalable, and future-proof data architecture and ontology frameworks.

As a Data Architect, you will shape how data is modeled, integrated, and governed across the organization. This includes creating reusable enterprise information assets and collaborating closely with solution architects, product owners, and engineering teams to deliver high-impact business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Designing scalable data architectures aligned with business goals; integrating enterprise information assets, services, and business systems for efficient data usage and governance.
  • Documenting and evaluating data architecture; providing recommendations to enhance data governance standards and best practices, educating teams accordingly.
  • Contributing to the creation and management of data models and ontologies for large-scale business applications across multiple geographies.
  • Collaborating with Product Teams, Engineering Teams, Data Governance teams, and others to ensure data architecture supports business objectives while maintaining data quality, security, and privacy compliance across applications.
Requirements:
  • Experience in designing, building, and managing enterprise data systems; Data Architecture, Data Engineering, and/or Business Intelligence expertise.
  • Experience across data domains including data analysis, reporting, and conceptualization and design of data assets for data warehouses and data marts.
  • Knowledge of data modeling concepts, especially relational and dimensional modeling; familiarity with Data Vault modeling is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of data management and data architecture best practices regarding software development lifecycle, governance, security, and privacy.
  • Experience with Reference & Master Data Management systems.
  • Cloud-based solution experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience in designing data solutions using modern platforms such as Snowflake.
  • Strong SQL expertise with development, optimization, and performance tuning for large-scale data environments; Python knowledge is advantageous.
