We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead our homeless services team. As a Homeless Services Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality support services for individuals experiencing homelessness.
Key Responsibilities:- Foster a positive and trauma-informed work environment by leading and managing a dedicated service team.
- Ensure day-to-day operations align with organisational policies and quality standards.
- Develop effective client engagement strategies and support pathways into long-term housing.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with statutory bodies, community organisations, and stakeholders.
- Manage reporting, compliance, and health & safety standards.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a management role within homeless or community services is required.
- You should have a minimum of 3 years' experience working with vulnerable communities.
- Possess a Level 8 qualification in Social Care or a related field.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Show a commitment to empowering people and tackling homelessness.
