Improve Lives as a Homeless Services Manager in Galway City
Job Description:Galway-based non-profit organisation is seeking an experienced Homeless Services Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services for individuals experiencing homelessness.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a dedicated service team fostering a positive, trauma-informed culture
- Oversee day-to-day operations in line with organisational policies and quality standards
- Ensure effective client engagement and support pathways into long-term housing
- Collaborate with statutory bodies, community partners, and other stakeholders
- Manage reporting and compliance with health & safety standards
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a management role within homeless or community services
- Minimum 3 years' experience working with vulnerable communities
- Level 8 qualification in Social Care or a related field
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Commitment to empowering people and tackling homelessness
- A supportive and values-driven work environment
- Ongoing professional and leadership development
- Salary: €53,068 per annum
- Location: Galway City
