
Senior Service Delivery Specialist

The Operations Support Manager will provide high-quality service delivery to all clients in accordance with established company protocols. This role is accountable for ensuring the profitable, efficient, and safe operation of contracts within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a safe working environment through adherence to health and safety policies and procedures, measured through regular audits.
- Sustain appropriate staffing levels with necessary skills, providing ongoing training and development to ensure competence.
- Address HR issues promptly and effectively, adhering to set timescales.
- Submit monthly QA reports to clients within specified deadlines.
- Maintain adherence to monthly KPIs and reporting requirements.
- Engage in regular communication with staff on safety matters to foster high morale and safety awareness.
- Promote a positive safety image through personal actions and those of subordinates.
- Ensure all staff are properly trained and acknowledge their safety responsibilities.
- Develop and communicate safe systems of work prior to activities.
This role demands strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively. The ideal candidate should possess experience in security management within a multi-site/service sector environment, a proven track record in delivering effective customer service while maintaining margins, and previous experience in similar roles.
