Job Opportunity: Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our team in delivering significant site infrastructure projects. As a key member of the Emerging Technologies team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of utility upgrade projects, focusing on Chilled Water, Cooling Water, and Low-Pressure Hot Water (LPHW) systems.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in managing engineering capital investment projects. A bachelor's degree in Engineering is essential, and a Project Management certification (PMP) is highly desirable. Experience working within the Pharmaceutical industry is an advantage but not mandatory.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage the delivery of utility upgrade projects, including associated electrical, piping, and automation infrastructure upgrades.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered in accordance with the client's internal Project Execution Model (PEM).
  • Lead the review and coordination of utilities design to ensure it meets end-user requirements, specifications, and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, financial forecasts, and schedules to ensure timely project completion.
  • Develop and coordinate detailed project specifications, tender documents, risk registers, and contracts.
  • Act as the lead for resolving engineering challenges during construction and commissioning phases.


Requirements:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the management of engineering capital investment projects.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a dedicated project manager role.
  • Proven experience in the delivery of chilled water and heat pump projects.
