We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Store Lead to join our team in Dublin, Ireland.

As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store inventory, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring every customer has a positive shopping experience
  • Manage store inventory, including receiving shipments, processing returns, and maintaining stock levels
  • Drive sales growth through effective visual merchandising, product knowledge, and up-selling/cross-selling
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a positive attitude and work ethic that inspires team members
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in retail management or sales leadership
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
