Workday Integration Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge Workday integration projects for leading professional services firms across EMEA.
The role involves designing and delivering complex Workday solutions, focusing on integrations and systems architecture to achieve robust outcomes for multiple concurrent projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver complex Workday solutions with a focus on integrations and systems architecture.
- Facilitate client-facing design workshops and solution scoping sessions as a trusted technical advisor.
- Mentor and manage small teams on project workstreams to ensure delivery milestones are met to the highest standards of quality.
- Coordinate internal resources effectively, prioritising tasks and maintaining alignment among stakeholders across several EMEA clients simultaneously.
- Proven experience as a Workday HRIS Technical Lead in large-scale environments.
- Ability to lead client workshops, manage complex projects from inception through completion, and mentor project teams in collaborative settings.
- Flexibility to be based anywhere in Ireland with willingness to travel occasionally to Dublin city centre offices as required for key meetings or workshops.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including empathy, active listening, clear communication, and the ability to build trust-based relationships within diverse teams.
- Strong organisational skills enabling you to coordinate resources efficiently across multiple concurrent projects without compromising quality or timelines.
