Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Accommodation Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our accommodation facilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise staff and ensure duties are performed to required standards.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all areas.
  • Monitor stock control, audits, and spot-check supplies; generate purchase orders as needed.
  • Assign daily tasks, monitor performance via spot checks, and provide feedback.
  • Perform regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Essential:
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
