Job Title: Senior Resident Engineer – Water

Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior resident engineer to join our organization and contribute to reviewing, advising and supervising sewer survey and investigation projects in Dublin and the surrounding areas.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in either design, construction or supervision of similar utilities, sewer rehabilitation, drainage upgrades, surveys/investigations, environmental works etc. This includes at least 7-10 years' postgraduate experience with industry experience of on-site supervision, construction, surveying or project management on utilities/water/wastewater/environmental engineering projects.

  • A qualification in a related discipline such as civil or environmental engineering is essential.
  • Knowledge of CCTV investigations and sewer rehabilitation works would be desirable.
  • The ideal candidate will also have strong knowledge and experience of health and safety procedures and regulations.
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Key responsibilities include writing clear and concise reports and keeping works records while acting within a team at all times.

Requirements
  • Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field.
  • At least 7-10 years' industry experience in utilities, water, wastewater or environmental engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures and regulations.
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.

Desirable qualifications and skills include knowledge of CCTV investigations and sewer rehabilitation works.
