Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare food in the kitchen while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines and any Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) set on site.
  • Assist with menu planning to ensure profitability is achieved.
  • Maintain highest standards in stock control, portion control, and quality control.
  • Provide exceptional customer service when needed and respect to all other staff within the kitchen/restaurant.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A 1-2 year proven track record in a professional kitchen or catering environment.
  • All relevant food safety certifications, including manual handling.
  • A passion for food and service.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility.
