A healthcare leader seeks an experienced Senior Technical Engineer to join its team. As a key member of the control systems team, you will provide technical leadership and drive activities with suppliers to ensure automation and software support is available to meet business needs.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the implementation and management of engineering modifications to boost operational effectiveness.
  • Developing and executing creative strategies for tackling complex engineering challenges.
  • Leading and designing intricate engineering studies and experiments.
  • Evaluating complex issues and determining their effects.
  • Establishing comprehensive design and process specifications.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of engineering and/or operational experience.
  • Proficient in PLC programming with Allen Bradley, Siemens, or Codesys control systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of Cognex vision systems.
  • Familiarity with RFID communication systems.
