Job Title

A dedicated Project Scheduler is sought to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and scheduling of infrastructure projects using Primavera P6 and MS Project.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline, and possess familiarity with Primavera P6 and MS Project. They should also have a basic understanding of NEC3 and/or NEC4 contracts, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  • Support the preparation of cost and resource loaded programmes for forecasting and monitoring.
  • Understand and apply the requirements of the NEC suite of contracts related to scheduling and programme updates.
  • Generate progress reports, forecasts, and dashboards for project teams and management.
  • Identify scheduling risks and constraints and collaborate with team members to mitigate delays.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • Familiarity with Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  • Basic understanding of NEC3 and/or NEC4 contracts.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
