As a key player in our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and expert support to valued clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and provide excellent customer experience within the branch.
  • Become an authority on product offerings to customers and be seen as a trusted advisor.
  • Work collaboratively with other areas of the branch to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
  • Ensure all call backs are completed in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with internal teams across the business to stay ahead of customer needs.
  • Work with the Warehouse Supervisor to understand customer returns and develop strategies to reduce return rates by building stronger relationships with customers.
  • Utilize relevant business data to identify opportunities across all customer segments and product groups.
