**The Role**
We are seeking a dedicated Project Worker to join our team at Novas. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting clients with disabilities in our residential service at St. Patrick's Hill.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assessing client needs and developing personalized support plans.
- Providing practical assistance with daily living tasks, such as personal care and budgeting.
- Supporting clients in accessing community resources and services, promoting independence and confidence.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, adhering to data protection guidelines.
