  • Regeneron is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee its global medical affairs strategy, with a focus on the oncology franchise. As Executive Director of Medical Affairs, you will be responsible for developing and executing international medical plans aligned with global strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Represent Regeneron in international markets, driving functional excellence for integrated medical teams and overseeing the evolution of international medical teams.">
  3. Develop and implement international medical strategies that align with Regeneron's overall global strategy, considering specific needs and nuances of international markets.">
  4. Provide scientific and medical leadership, understanding therapeutic areas, regional/local scientific advancements, disease areas, and treatment options to effectively communicate with healthcare providers and other external stakeholders.">
  5. Collaborate with internal headquarters colleagues within Global Medical Affairs, Clinical Sciences, Clinical Operations, Regulatory, and Commercial to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.">
  6. Lead international strategic/operational excellence for Oncology, ensuring all activities adhere to corporate standards and government/industry regulations.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A medical degree (Physician, M.D., or equivalent) with commensurate pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience; Medical Affairs experience is required.">
  • Strong working knowledge of the Medical Affairs and Clinical Development business in Europe, with a thorough understanding of the European healthcare environment.">
  • 10+ years of oncology/hematology experience in biotech/pharma; other disease areas are a plus.">
  • Overall 15+ years of progressive industry/relevant experience.">
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with fluency in English.">
  • Willingness to travel 25-35% of the time.">
