Medical Affairs Strategic Leader

The Medical Director serves as a key medical and scientific expert, driving strategic planning and execution for medical affairs. Their primary responsibility is to shape and implement medical strategies that deliver therapeutic value, scientific leadership, and enrolment in clinical trials.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic guidance and support for the development and execution of Medical Affairs plans, focusing on Seralutinib in PH-ILD.
  • Lead cross-functional product teams, ensuring alignment between medical strategy and brand objectives.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the PH-ILD clinical landscape in Europe, identifying patient journeys, referral patterns, treatment, and diagnostic patterns.
  • Design and implement evidence generation strategies, including real-world evidence, observational research, investigator-initiated studies, and sponsored medical affairs studies aligned to business priorities.
  • Drive the dissemination of scientific data through publications, congress presentations, advisory boards, and medical education programs.
  • Ensure the accuracy and compliance of promotional and non-promotional materials with regulatory and ethical standards.
