As a key member of our store management team, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced security professional to maintain a safe and secure environment for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a visible presence within the store, embodying brand values and promoting a positive image
  • Protect store assets and prevent loss of stock and theft through effective surveillance and customer service skills
  • Work collaboratively with the store owner/manager to identify and implement strategies to prevent and respond to security incidents
  • Conduct regular spot checks on waste, deliveries, closing stock, refunds, voids, and employee activities
  • Investigate incidents and maintain accurate records of all security-related matters
  • Monitor CCTV footage to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Hold a current PSA Security Guard License
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
