**Job Opportunity:** Senior Project Manager

Mace is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team. As a key member of the technical design authority for the transmission system, you will be responsible for facilitating the development of technical standards and functional specifications for all plant connected to the transmission system.

You will promote Mace's value of safety first, exhibiting visible safety behaviours and sharing lessons learned. You will also ensure robust quality systems are in place, managed in line with service excellence, and timely delivery of projects. Additionally, you will manage interactions with client engineering vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement technical standards and functional specifications for the transmission system.
  • Ensure requirements are incorporated in project design and construction.
  • Manage project budgets and highlight any risks, challenges, and mitigations.
  • Lead and manage the project team and relevant stakeholders to achieve strategic project key performance indicators (KPIs).

**Requirements:

  • An electrical engineering degree or equivalent with a minimum of 4-5 years post-qualification electrical engineering experience.
  • Digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships, and lead strong, motivated teams.
  • Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE, or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
