Job Description:

Analog Devices, a leading semiconductor company, bridges the physical and digital worlds to enable breakthroughs at the Intelligent Edge. The role is part of a team that delivers digitized factories, mobility, and digital healthcare solutions while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Promote a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and housekeeping practices. Ensure quality control standards are maintained in the manufacturing areas through data entry, checks, and other processes. Provide front-line supervision to ensure production targets are met and develop training plans aligned with business objectives.

Motivate and develop team members to create a positive production environment, maximize production capability, and flexibility to changing needs. Communicate effectively with team members, equipment technicians, and process engineers to deliver on the manufacturing plan. Maintain workflow by setting priorities and targets for the team and monitoring metrics to optimize performance.

Communicate performance expectations and assess employee performance through timely reviews. Ensure effective shift handovers by communicating manufacturing priorities with performance data. Interface with Human Resources on hiring and employee relations issues. Optimize resource allocation by collaborating with the production leadership team.

  • Strong team lead or people management skills within a cGMP manufacturing environment
  • High level of motivation and energy to achieve results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem identification and problem-solving skills
  • Good decision-making skills and judgment within defined boundaries
