Program Leadership Role

This senior leadership position demands a unique blend of technical expertise and program management acumen. The successful candidate will oversee cross-functional teams, orchestrating the delivery of complex technical programs while ensuring timely and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive technical programs in collaboration with Solution Design, Engineering, and Delivery teams to guarantee coordinated delivery.
  • Manage dependencies, track progress, and provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders.
  • Drive a data-driven culture and foster continuous learning within the organization.
  • Establish and maintain scorecards to monitor key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and driving incremental enhancements.
  • Conduct rigorous inspections of delivery plans and execution metrics to pinpoint risks and opportunities for growth.
  • Offer strategic guidance on technical and program delivery matters, building strong relationships with internal customers and managing escalations effectively.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation, encouraging the development of managers and technical staff while elevating performance and technical capabilities.

Essential Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in delivering technical programs, coupled with a proven track record of data-driven decision making and comprehensive knowledge of agile delivery methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with executives, peers, and staff at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to build organizational relationships, partner with executive leadership, and command respect from individual contributors.
