Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Galway, Ireland. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients across Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage customer orders ensuring timely delivery and resolution of any issues that may arise.
  2. Communicate with customers via email or phone calls responding to their queries and concerns.
  3. Provide technical support and escalate complex issues to relevant teams.
  4. Handle customer complaints and monitor follow-up actions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and Marketing.

Key Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory; proficiency in other languages such as Italian is an asset.
  • High school graduate or equivalent is preferred.
  • Relevant experience in customer-facing roles such as customer service or customer care is desirable.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Personal organization skills and ability to follow specific processes.
  • Computer literacy with intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Telephone skills including listening problem resolution and handling difficult situations.
