Front Office Operations Leader

Lead daily front desk operations and maintain service standards, capable of leading from the front.
- Manage guest check-in/check-out, room allocations, and reservations efficiently.
- Develop and train a high-performing front office team to meet service expectations.
- Collaborate with housekeeping for timely room availability and guest satisfaction.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries, feedback, and issues.
- Ensure accurate and efficient booking handling, direct, online, phone.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of reception team members.
- Promote in-house facilities and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
Maintain departmental administration, reporting, and rota planning. Participate in daily and weekly HOD meetings to support management.
Requirements- Proven experience as Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in a hotel setting.
- Strong knowledge of hotel systems, preferably Opera.
- Excellent English, communication, and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail, organisation, and team motivation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
€40,000 salary depending on experience. Free on-site parking. Supportive senior management team. Opportunity to shape and grow the front office function in a beautiful location.
