Senior Front Desk Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our front office team, ensuring seamless daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day activities of the front desk, including guest check-in/check-out, room allocations, and reservations with precision and speed.
- Mentor and train the front office staff to deliver outstanding service standards and uphold operational excellence.
- Liaise closely with the housekeeping team to guarantee timely room availability and efficient guest turnover.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, feedback, and issues, providing solutions that exceed expectations.
- Effortlessly handle all bookings (direct, online, phone) with accuracy and efficiency.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of the reception team.
- Promote in-house amenities and local attractions to guests, enhancing their overall stay experience.
- Previous experience as Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in a hotel setting is essential.
- Strong knowledge of hotel systems, preferably Opera, is highly desirable.
- Excellent English communication and leadership skills are mandatory.
- A keen focus on guest experience, organization, and team motivation is crucial for success.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment is vital.
