Job OverviewThis role offers a great opportunity for an individual to work collaboratively with colleagues in various banking sectors, developing skills and experience.

The successful candidate will have the chance to acquire comprehensive knowledge of Treasury Operations and Payments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Settlement and Confirmation of Treasury Products
  • Daily payment and positioning of funds
  • Interaction with Corporate and Commercial Banking customers to confirm transactions
  • Collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Prompt resolution of queries
  • Adherence to Operational and Key controls
  • Identification and implementation of process improvements
  • Preparation of Monthly MIS Reports
  • Escalation of unconfirmed trades/positions and unreconciled items

About the Team

This role is within the Treasury Operations team, which is part of the Corporate, Commercial and Treasury Services team.

Treasury Operations are responsible for confirming, settling, and revaluing Treasury Products including derivatives, FX, money markets, and deposits. Additionally, the team adheres to various regulatory trade regulations such as MiFID, EMIR, and SFTR. The team also onboards customers to Client Model and FX Pay and works with HCL offshore to ensure SLAs are met.
