Job Title:

Customer Service Professional

Job Description:

This role requires the ability to drive and deliver customer service in a professional manner. You will be responsible for providing regular updates and feedback to management on customer service requests.

You will ensure that all stock and services supplied to customers are suitable and contribute to route solutions for new customer service requirements.

The successful candidate will work independently, servicing a cross-section of customers, using problem-solving skills to determine effective solutions and install, fit, collect, and exchange units/products with excellent service at all times.

Identify opportunities for additional sales and meet performance targets by maintaining a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive and deliver all customer service requests in a professional manner.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to management of customer service requests.
  • Ensure all stock and services supplied to the customer are suitable.
  • Contribute to route solutions for new customer service requirements.
  • Work independently, servicing a cross-section of customers.
  • Install, fit, collect, and exchange units/products with excellent service at all times.
  • Identify opportunities for additional sales.
