We are seeking a talented and dedicated professional to join our team as a Payment Support Specialist.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to clients, resolving their queries and concerns related to payment processing. This includes handling requests for information on pension payments, providing consultancy on efficient payment methods, and processing changes to customer instructions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and timely information on pension payments
  • Handle requests for missing payments and provide information on previous payment history
  • Process changes to customer instructions regarding payment tools
  • Offer consultancy on efficient payment methods and assist customers with choosing the best option
  • Resolve queries related to international payments, Western Union, and cheque payments
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a finance or banking sector
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment with high standards of quality and timeliness
  • Excellent PC skills, goal orientation, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to speak, read, and comprehend English fluently
