This includes managing the front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services teams, as well as developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and improve guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a strong understanding of hotel management software and industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Pre-opening responsibilities: Lead the pre-opening process, coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure all timelines are met; Implement required software and management solutions for effective management of the hotel
  • Post-opening responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Hotel Manager / General Manager or equivalent senior hospitality management role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability
  • Knowledge of hotel management software and industry best practices
