Senior Business Analyst Role Summary:
">This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Senior Business Analysts to play a key role in our team, focusing on business engagement and transformation project delivery.
">Working closely with Business Change teams and business experts, the successful candidate will analyse concepts, crystallising them into deliverable solutions through the development of requirements and other analyst artefacts.
">Key responsibilities will include gathering requirements from stakeholders and experts across the business, translating complex business requirements into deliverable specifications.
">Inputting to business cases and proposals, preparing and leading formal requirements gathering sessions and workshops, demonstrating effective communication skills with technical and non-technical staff.
">Collaborating with external and internal stakeholders, strategic partners, and vendors to define and deliver effective solutions aligned to the business strategy.
">Identifying potential risks, gaps, and issues, facilitating requirements prioritisation, and enabling the business to make informed decisions.
">Producing required documentation, including business conceptual overviews, user stories, day-in-the-life-of scenarios, business capability analysis, requirements documents, data flows, system integration flows, process maps, and business/functional specifications.
">Developing business requirements documentation from draft through to sign-off, adhering to required methodologies and governance processes.
">Working with the business to understand and develop functional requirements to support solution designs.
">Assisting the business with change impacts analysis, training strategies, planning, and execution.
">Managing change requests throughout the lifecycle of developments, projects, and operational changes.
">Providing innovative ideas and solutions drawing on external best practice and expertise.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Degree in engineering, business, economics, or other relevant qualifications, with 4 plus years practical experience in analysis activities, such as requirement gathering, creating specifications, workshop facilitation, business process design, reports design, and business process modelling.">
- Experience in writing and presenting technical and non-technical reports.">
- A good understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).">
- Detail-oriented with an ability to understand customer needs.">
- Ability to operate with both agile and waterfall methodologies.">
- Ability to work with others and collaborate with a diverse range of people to arrive at optimum solutions.">
