High-Performance Team Partner

Job Description:

A high-performing team partner is required to join our dynamic organization in Dublin, Ireland. The successful candidate will be a key member of the people team, partnering with senior leaders and management teams to build high-performing teams through coaching and training interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior managers to drive best-in-class talent development strategies
  • Provide coaching and support on employee relations matters, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
  • Lead or contribute to strategic people projects in areas such as diversity equity inclusion, engagement, and HR operations

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience as an HRBP or HR Manager, with a proven track record of coaching leaders, resolving complex problems, and making data-led decisions. They will be a curious, empathetic learner who loves to coach others and find innovative solutions quickly, clearly, and with kindness.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of coaching leaders and managers
  • Experience in employee relations, talent management, and HR operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and make informed decisions
