Site Coordinator Role

We are seeking two Site Coordinators in Ireland to join our dynamic Operations team. As a key link between internal teams and external partners, you will provide essential on-site support while ensuring smooth coordination across business operations.

You will assist the Site Operations Management team in overseeing the on-site control of Off-Site Engineered building systems. To succeed, you must be a motivated and adaptable individual capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Audit works completed by subcontractors to ensure quality control requirements are met.
  • E nsure adherence to adopted health and safety requirements on site by the subcontracting team.
  • Keep projects on time through logistics coordination, material take-off, and onsite coordination with the main contractor.
  • Ensure delivery of products to technical specifications provided.
  • Engage with in-house technical teams for information sharing with subcontractors, supervisors, clients, and consultants.
  • Provide accurate record-keeping of project progress and implement compliance through auditing.
  • Coordinate Health and Safety Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work Plans with main contractors.
Requirements
  • On-site experience in construction/engineering industry with trade or project management background.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills with ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
  • Full clean driving license.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS products.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You must be able to work effectively in a team environment and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
