Job Overview

In this key role, you will be supporting the technical needs of customers and service partners in the Dublin area.

This position requires strong collaboration with the wider organisation to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers and colleagues through field and remote assistance.
  • Maintain proficiency in customer service tools and applications.
  • Work with the remote support team to deliver direct remote assistance to customers.
  • Conduct maintenance and repair activities on complex healthcare systems.
  • Diagnose mechanical, hardware, and software failures using established procedures.
  • Determine cost-effective repairs to minimize customer downtime.
  • Manage escalations and keep stakeholders updated on progress.
  • Maintain knowledge through ongoing training for regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure timely administration compliance with reporting procedures.
Requirements
  • HNC in Electrical Engineering is essential.
  • 1 – 3 year's experience in electrical engineering, and ideally also mechanical engineering preferred.
  • X ray experience would be an additional benefit.
  • Solid technical knowledge in engineering fundamentals.
  • Process knowledge across multi-modality and diverse med tech products.
  • Competent in IT/Network diagnosis and Remote service.
  • Customer centric focus essential, collaborative and self motivated working style.
  • Logical problem solver with independent working ability.
