Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to champion excellence across multiple sites.

This is a pivotal position where you will shape standards, lead improvements, and influence every level of the business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive a positive, proactive safety-first culture across all sites.
  • Lead audits, inspections, and risk assessments, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Keep the business aligned with industry best practices and evolving regulations.
  • Provide expert advice and training to staff and managers at all levels.
  • Report directly to senior management, shaping strategy and best practice.
  • Be the point of contact for regulators and external auditors.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Holding a qualification in Occupational Health & Safety.
  • Minimum 5 years experience at this level.
  • Previous experience managing safety across multiple sites in construction, manufacturing, or a similar sector.
  • A strong understanding of health and safety law, industry standards, and regulatory systems.
  • The ability to lead, influence, and communicate effectively with teams at all levels.
