Job Overview

The position of Associate Director, Patient Engagement involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of a team that supports patient engagement strategies globally.

This includes providing direction to a diverse group of professionals, ensuring well-integrated processes within clinical design delivery and analytics functions.

The role requires collaboration with leaders across various departments to develop talent and drive quality and inspection readiness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide direction to a diverse team, ensuring well-integrated processes within Clinical Design Delivery & Analytics functions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Leaders across Patient Engagement, Clinical Capabilities, CDDA, and LRL organisation to develop talent and drive quality, inspection readiness.
  • Personnel Management: Recruit, develop, and retain a workforce; build an inclusive team culture, and facilitate performance management.
Requirements
  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in a scientific, analytical, financial, or health-related field.
  • Experience: 5-8 years' experience in clinical trials/drug development or broader pharmaceutical industry; previous supervisory experience.
