Project Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex new build/fit-out construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage large-scale new build projects with a focus on Data Centres, Life Sciences, Aviation, and similar industries.
  • Determine and organize staff resources for projects, ensuring project costs are managed.
  • Maintain positive relationships with the client team and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in new build projects.
  • Strong experience working with site & construction-based teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to think outside the box to ensure projects are completed within timescales.
