As a seasoned professional in employee benefits, you have the unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on individuals and organizations. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily administration and support functions within our Employee Benefits consultancy and administrative division.

Your focus will be on prioritizing client interests and upholding market integrity in all business practices. This includes assessing client needs and objectives, offering informed advice based on detailed research and information gathering.

You will also be responsible for maintaining ethical and fair treatment of clients at all times, handling and sharing data solely for its intended purpose, and ensuring strict confidentiality and respect.

Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our Financial Consultants to deliver outstanding service to both new and existing clients, prepare crucial documents, quotations, and client portfolios for Financial Consultant meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a candidate with expertise in managing and supporting clients with their Pension and Employee Benefit schemes. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Attention to detail is paramount, and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across all levels is crucial. We value positive engagement with team members, insurers, and clients at all times.
