Senior Leadership Talent Acquisition Specialist
About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity to join a leading executive search and leadership consulting firm. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Leadership Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead executive search assignments, manage critical leadership appointments, and source senior talent.
Main Responsibilities- Lead executive search assignments from initiation through completion, managing the full lifecycle of critical leadership appointments
- Build strong client partnerships, aligning talent strategies with organisational goals
- Source senior and specialist talent through market mapping, headhunting, and research-driven methods
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of success in executive search or senior-level recruitment
- Demonstrated ability to secure and deliver high-level assignments
- Relevant degree, masters, MBA or professional qualification
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
