Environmental Consulting Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Environmental Consulting team in the Midwest region. As a trusted advisor to clients, you will provide technical and business guidance on due diligence, site investigation and remediation programs, real estate and brownfield redevelopment, hazardous waste sites, and air quality and compliance issues.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and pursue business development opportunities and build client relationships.
  2. Manage projects, clients, staff, and navigate regulatory agency relations.
  3. Critically and strategically review and interpret project needs, applicable local, state, and federal environmental regulations, and communicate findings.
  4. Project delivery, which may require site visits, preparation and senior review of project deliverables.
  5. Serve as a role model to ensure the health, safety, and security of our people.
About You
  • Bachelor's, Master's or Ph.D. degree in Engineering (Environmental, Civil, Chemical preferred) or science-related field (Geology or Earth Science preferred), or related environmental science discipline.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in consulting, with a focus on project management and client engagement.
  • Track record of successful business development, including generating leads, preparing proposals, and winning new projects.
  • Proven leadership abilities with the capability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Relevant professional licenses and/or certifications.
