Job Overview

Our team is seeking a skilled Test Lead to support an M&E project with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors.


The role will involve working closely with project team members and end users to design and build test plans, requiring strong leadership skills to guide and coordinate the team effectively.


This position requires a Test Lead who can provide structure, oversee testing activities, and ensure quality delivery across both the SAP and device rollout elements of the project.


This is a hybrid role that involves regular office attendance in Dublin.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead testing activities for the SAP (SuccessFactors) and M&E project.
  • Collaborate with business teams and end-users to develop and execute test plans.
  • Provide oversight, guidance, and expertise to ensure testing quality and consistency.
  • Coordinate defect management and report on testing progress, risks, and issues.
  • Support the rollout of devices as part of the project scope.

Required Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Test Lead on enterprise-scale projects.
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS/ERP systems.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of test planning, execution, and defect management processes.
  • Ability to guide and influence business users.
