Location: Dublin 01, (Hybrid Working Model)

Contract/Permanent: FTC 12 Months, with further extension.

Start date: August 2025

Role:

We are looking for a talented Learning and Development Professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and delivering training tailored to understanding requirements. You will design course materials to support modern web-based full stack CMS applications and work closely with technical and business teams to analyze training needs, creating seamless, user-centric training modules.

The Trainer must be proficient in working on Agile projects, with experience in MS Dynamics Case Management Solution (CMS) development highly desirable.

We seek an experienced Trainer with excellent technical and communication skills to create understandable technical training materials.

Necessary skills include:

Technical Skills:

  • Design, develop, and deliver training material
  • Assess training needs
  • Address learning and development objectives
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, Azure DevOps
  • Lead CMS training workshops
  • Ensure user adoption of CMS applications
  • Maintain training materials, user manuals, and video tutorials
  • Provide hands-on support during and after CMS onboarding

Non-Technical Skills:

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Leadership skills
  • Team player
Experience Level Required:


• At least 7 years of experience in a similar role.


• Relevant certifications in Learning & Development or equivalent qualifications, such as a Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field (Level 7 or above).

Key Deliverables:
  • Develop and deliver training sessions (face-to-face or virtual) on MS Dynamics CMS system.
  • Maintain training content, videos, and documentation.
  • Collaborate on training course implementation for web applications.
  • Support onboarding of new users into CMS applications.
  • Gather feedback for training improvements.
  • Update training content according to product roadmaps and releases.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements:Key Experience/Competencies/Skillsets:
  • Utilize digital, instructor-led resources for technology-based learning.
  • Apply classroom management techniques and flexible learning strategies.
  • Deliver ICT application training to non-technical end users effectively.
  • Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working in agile teams delivering complex web applications.
  • Knowledge of training tools like Canvas App.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
