**Learning & Development Coordinator Role**

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and independent problem solver to join our team as the Learning and Development Coordinator. This role will support the planning, coordinating, and execution of learning and development offerings in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • ">
  • Coordinate internal training sessions, workshops, and other learning events.">
  • Liaise with telecom, facilities, and other internal partners on training setup and needs.">
  • Support presenters and facilitators by preparing materials, ensuring quality and consistency, and helping with updates to content.">
  • Deliver learning reports and manage data related to course impact.">
  • Support the administration of learning management systems, e-learning platforms, and digital learning solutions.">
  • Manage external learning opportunities, including education assistance, conference process, and vendor relationships.">
  • Manage the company library and reconcile department and education-related expenses.">
  • Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team, including setting up meetings, creating calendars, and organizing content.">

**Requirements**

  • ">
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience.">
  • Bachelor's degree required.">
  • Superior organizational, time management, and project management skills.">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.">
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability.">
  • Exceptional detail orientation with a focus on accuracy and quality.">
  • Experience working in an LMS is preferred.">
  • Proficiency in Outlook or other scheduling systems, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.">
  • Passion for continuous learning and professional development.">
