Our hotel is seeking a highly skilled Front Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our reception team.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, supervising staff, and implementing policies to ensure exceptional customer service.
Requirements:- At least two years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of online travel agencies (OTAs) and hotel management systems is an asset.
- A working understanding of hospitality software is preferred.
