As a Front Office Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel's reception team to deliver exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures by managing front office operations.
  • Lead and manage the reception team through effective scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and hospitality to deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Guarantee accurate handling of reservations, room allocations, billing, and cash procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for the hospitality industry. They must be comfortable working across a 7-day week roster, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Proficiency in hotel reservation systems and general computer skills are essential.
