Our organization specializes in providing a critical 24/7 emergency response service for heating, boiler, and plumbing issues across Dublin and Kildare.
Job Overview:- Respond promptly to emergency requests for heating, boiler, and plumbing breakdowns on a 24/7 rotating rota.
- Diagnose faults in gas boilers, central heating systems, and plumbing infrastructure in high-pressure situations.
- Carry out immediate repairs to resolve leaks, blockages, boiler breakdowns, and heating failures.
- Isolate systems and make situations safe for clients pending further repair or replacement.
- Provide clear communication to clients during stressful situations, explaining the issue and required solution.
- Fully qualified plumber with 5 years post-apprenticeship experience, preferably in a reactive or emergency maintenance role.
- RGI certified (essential).
- Ability to work on a 24/7 rotating on-call schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Exceptional troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Excellent customer-facing skills and ability to remain calm in emergencies.
