Law Enforcement Compliance Team Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee our global specialist team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing critical deliverables, working effectively in complex environments, and maintaining high levels of data accuracy.

  • Design and build optimized workflows to improve and automate processes with the broader team.
  • Directly manage a global specialist team responsible for responding to legal requests in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Work across multiple applications and databases.
  • Maintain high levels of data accuracy and attention to detail in daily workflow management.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of management experience supervising a team.
  • Proven experience of owning business-critical deliverables, working impactfully on essential projects or tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to provide clear instructions and guidance in a complex environment.
  • Experience in a relevant legal operational environment.
  • Strong proficiency with multiple applications and databases, ensuring high data accuracy and attention to detail.
